Glen was a fortunate one who got the beef tenderloin. Everyone else had a tough piece of meat they couldn't cut with a steak knife let alone chew it. I think the beef is tough here because it isn't grain fed and is very lean. Anyway, Glen is looking forward to having a good steak when he comes home!
